Conrad earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation through continuing education and continuous production for many years.

By helping countless families buy or sell a home or relocate since he got into the Real Estate profession in 1977, Conrad has been recognized by the Montgomery Area Association of Realtors numerous times and was named Realtor of the Year in 1999.
