Originally from Enterprise, Thomas has lived in Montgomery for more than 17 years. He has been a Realtor for more than six years and is an active member of the Montgomery Area Association of Realtors. Thomas prides himself on excellent customer service and enjoys assisting clients through each step of their home buying journey. I have been in real estate since 1988, specializing in residential single family homes, serving as Residential Sales Manager in one company for two years, and then opening my own business in 2006. I named my company Address Realty and our slogan was, “Addressing all your real estate needs.” I loved having my own company and I had 8 Realtors until the crash of 2008 when most of them had to get jobs to make ends meet. I have been with Montgomery Metro Realty since October 2014I am a retired State Employee; I retired from Garrett Coliseum with 26 years’ experience as an Accountant. I am married and had two boys. I have volunteered with Montgomery Cancer Center, Save-A-Life and my church, Dalriada Baptist Church.

After graduating from college with a degree in elementary education and teaching for 3 years I left that career to be a wife and mother. In 1985 I got my real estate licenses and found that this is what I loved At Montgomery Metro, where I have spent most of my career, we are like a small family and care about each other. It has been a joy to work with so many wonderful clients over these past years. The most wonderful complement is that most of my business is now referrals from past clients that give my name to their friends or family. I have had the blessing of a wonderful family and wonderful friends. I love my job and life is great!!!
Margie is in her 11th year with Montgomery Metro. She has a degree from Auburn university in education and a Masters from Troy University. Carolyn, a native Alabamian, resides in Montgomery where she raised her family and became the owner of a successful publishing company. Through her publishing expertise, she was instrumental in expanding the Christian faith in Russia by publishing Christian literature. Through her humanitarian efforts, wanting none to become homeless, she was permitted to start a Homeless Ministry at Frazer, her local church. She served as Volunteer Director of the ministry for a number of years. Her love of people and desire to see all enjoy home ownership, led her into the real estate profession where she has been successful over the last decade. Her client base is wide and varied as she enjoys a niche in the real estate market. While assisting her American clients she has expanded her international client base and gained respect and a following in the foreign community. She is a seasoned professional with a determination and drive to excel in customer satisfaction.
Carol Ann was born and grew up in Covington County. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama and Auburn University at Montgomery. Before beginning her real estate career in 2004, Carol Ann taught school at McKenzie School in Butler County. She is an associate broker and a member of the National Association of Realtors. Carol Ann is committed to providing excellent service to buyers and sellers of residential real estate in the River Region. She currently resides in Deatsville with her husband, Steve.
Blake Markham, Montgomery Metro’s Managing Broker, began his sales career at the age of 17 at a furniture store where he worked for his father. He didn’t know it then, but this experience set him on the path to a rewarding thirty year career in Real Estate. Before becoming a REALTOR® Blake attended Auburn University where he majored in Economics and received his BS in Business Administration in 1981. After 18 years as a sales associate, he opened Markham Properties, Inc. and was the Managing Broker there for ten years. In 2010 Blake served as the President of the Montgomery Area Association of Realtors. In 2009 he was the President of the Montgomery Area Multiple Listing Service. Blake also served as a Federal Political Coordinator for the National Association of Realtors in our area and has chaired several committees along the way. In 2014 Blake was offered an opportunity to return to what he called, “the finest real estate company ever conceived.” He moved his license back to Montgomery Metro where he took on the role of Managing Broker, replacing his long term mentor, Dan Stallings. Blake’s career has been built upon a strong foundation of honesty, integrity, and loyalty to his clients. In Blake’s world the needs of his clients always come first.
